The proper way to use a nasal inhaler is uncap the inhaler and place under your nose, not inside your nasal cavity, and inhale deeply for 5 seconds then hold your breath for 5 seconds and release slowly…while holding your other nostril closed, repeat on other side.  Repeat this process 2-3 times for each nostril. Use every 2-3 hours as needed.  These inhalers normally will maintain their potency for months depending on usage. Keep the cap on between use to maintain freshness.
